Ces quinze dernières années, Charles s’est entièrement consacré à la recherche et à la mise en place de nouvelles formes d’organisation du faire et du vivre ensemble. Intimement convaincu de la nécessité d’un changement de paradigme, il fonde son entreprise de conseil en responsabilité sociale des organisations en 2008.

Realizing the need to tap into the concept of sustainable development as a communication aid, he decides to take a different path. Thereupon he undertakes a "Tour de France" in the territory of social transition projects and in 2011 initiates EVA: a cultural, ecological and educational center that comes to life as an eco-village in the French region of Aude.

An experiment in community living which lasted six years and brought about valuable lessons in the realm of cooperation: relational posture, principles of communication, stress management, methods of management and decision-making.

Enriched by the experience, Charles continues his exploration of tools for paradigm-shifting as a facilitator for I&CC. Today he accompanies businesses and provides training to collaborators, coaches, managers and team leaders in the area of posture, tools and methods that promote collective intelligence.

With over 16 years of experience in multimedia artistic direction, Franck has worked independently on numerous audiovisual projects in cinema, publicity and theatre, as well as for organizations that specialize in the spread of consciousness.

In 2010, Franck creates a broadcasting studio and founds a film production company ONDULATOIRE in order to create films while bringing together multi-disciplinary teams.

Passionate about cognitive sciences, Franck expands his field of expertise and takes a course in interrelational development, systematic and strategic support and script writing. At the same time he keeps exploring various pathways for personal development, which allows for better understanding of the mechanisms of trauma and aids and obstacles connected to motivation.

Since 2019, he has been working as a coach and accompanies individuals, as well as businesses, sharing his knowledge with project leaders. Story-telling and design thinking are among his favorite tools that help unravel one's talents.

Freelance graphic designer and illustrator in Nantes, Gaëlle Richardeau aka Physalis works in cultural graphics and children's publishing.

Her favorite drawing techniques are colored pencil, acrylic and graphic tablet. Gaëlle makes jewelry out of "macrame", semi-precious stone, and sometimes decorated with small gold or silver beads. She also sculpts avocado pits by hand to bring them to life. She then creates small masks or "cabochons" to integrate into her jewelry.

She also enjoys writing: she creates her own stories for children as well as biographical and historical comic book scripts.

She designs her own board games (from the concept to the visual to the manufacturing): games for children, games of speed and improvisation. As a designer, Gaëlle looks for all kinds of supports for these illustrations: bookmarks, coloring books, tote-bags, paintings, cards... You can discover her universe in designer stores, exhibitions, workshops or designer fairs.

Auteur illustrateur graphiste Freelance, Thibaut Kraeber imagine et conte ses histoires depuis toujours. Très intéressé par le cinéma à ses débuts c’est finalement à travers le dessin qu’il choisit de partager ses scénarios.

Cinephile, but especially a great collector of comics, he draws his imagination from his multiple references but also from his environment. Thibaut is widely inspired by hip-hop culture. Poetry and ethnic cultures also feed his creations.
